News You May Have Missed: Charmed Reboot has a Character Twist and more…

The description of the sisters from the Charmed reboot has been released:

MACY | A witty, intense science nerd, Macy — who is in her late 20s — is a Ph.D. in quantum physics who’s moving with her boyfriend Galvin to Hilltowne, Michigan, to work in the university lab. Macy has reason to believe that she is the sister of Mel and Madison. Her power is telekinesis.

MEL PRUITT | A strong-willed feminist, she feels deeply and is a bit controlling. Mel — who is in her mid 20s and a lesbian —  is the sister of Madison. In the wake of a tragic accident, the grieving Mel becomes angry, defiantly unkempt, even violent, pushing away those who might help her, including her girlfriend, Detective Soo Jin. Mel’s power is time-freezing.

MADISON PRUITT | Mel’s younger sister (she’s 18-ish), an athletic (pilates, cheerleading) college student pledging a sorority, Madison is the opposite of her feminist sister with a desire to fit in. Madison is horrified to learn she is a witch. Her power is hearing people’s thoughts. TVLine

Everything my daughter loved as she was growing up is coming back. First, the Spice Girls is going on tour and now Disney is making a live action version of Kim Possible.

The original show revolved around a high school girl who saves the world from evildoers with her team: Ron Stoppable, a mole-rat named Rufus, and a computer geek named Wade.

Casting has begun on the movie and I am sure all the 20-something year olds out there, and their parents, will get a kick out of watching this movie. Deadline

You know I am a fan of Kdramas.

I prefer a fun rom-com over the dramatic Goblin-like shows that had me crying every week. With that said, I caught wind of one that will be coming down the pipeline:

Hundred Day Husband is about a Crowned Prince, Lee-Yool, who is a perfectionist. After an accident, he loses his memory and becomes an ordinary man named Won Deuk.

It is a historical romantic dramedy that will air on tvN. If you have a Viki or Dramafever, you may be able to watch it.

If  you know of any new KDramas that might be of interest to everyone, please send it along.
